Looking for Recipes with Ground Beef?
Easy MEAT LOAF Recipe (serves 4)
Ingredience:
500 gr Ground Beef
2 bread rolls (soaked in water)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg
1 finely chopped onion
1 chopped clove of garlic (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt, pepper, nutmeg, marjoram, grated lemon rind
Mix ground beef, bread rolls (squeeze moisture out), breadcrumbs egg, parsley, garlic, lemon rind, seasoning and form into a loaf.
Place in a skillet and bake for about 1 hour, basting frequently.
For an optional sauce brown chopped onion in oil, add a sprinkle of flour, 1 cup of chicken or beef stock and some mustard.
Serve with mashed or boiled potatoes and/or Salad

What to Make with Ground Beef
STUFFED GREEN (or red or yellow) PEPPERS AND TOMATO SAUCE
(serves 4)
Ingredience:
500 gr lean minced Beef
4 Peppers
1 Onion (finely diced)
1 clove garlic (optional - finely diced)
1Egg
2 Bread rolls (soaked in milk)
1 tea spoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon marjoram
salt and pepper
Sauce:
2 cans of peeled tomatoes
1 Onion
1 clove of garlic (optional)
1 table spoon malt vinegar
1 table spoon sugar
1 table spoon flour
5 drops tabasco (to taste)
Put minced meat in a bowl, add onion and garlic, soaked bread rolls, egg, mustard powder, nutmeg, marjoram and mix very well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the tops of peppers - to make a “lid”, remove the seeds, fill them well with the minced meat mixture and put the “lid” back.
Put oil in a casserole, dice onion and garlic and fry to a glaze. Chop tomatoes finely and add. Warm up slightly and add the malt vinegar, sugar, flour, tabasco while stirring, season to taste. Bring to boil.
Add the stuffed peppers (standing them upright) bring to boil again, cover casserole and simmer for about 60 min.
Serve with rice or boiled potato and Dinner is ready!

Try this Delicious Dinner Recipe
BRAISED PORK CHOPS in Dill-and-Paprika Sauce (serves4 to 6)
Ingredients:
8 Pork Chops (trimmed)
50 gr Butter or Margerine
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 small clove garlic (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons sweet hungarian paprika
Sauce:
0.25l chicken stock
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
Sprinkle Chops with Salt and freshly ground Pepper and dip in flour. Heat Butter/Margerine over high heat, add Pork Chops and cook for about 4 min on each side.
Remove Chops and add onions and garlic to remaining fat, cook until onions are lightly coloured. Take off heat and stir in paprika until onion are well coated. Return to heat pour in chicken stock, beat in flour and bring to boil. Return Chops, cover and simmer for about 30 - 40 min or until Pork Chops are tender, add chopped dill and and season to taste.
Serve with pasta, rice or boiled potatoes.

Not in the Mood for a BIG “Cook-in”?
Here are 2
Easy Recipes for Dinner
MEATBALLS (serves 6)
Ingredients:
1 kg Beef Mince
250 gr Pork Mince
2 eggs
2 fresh breadrolls
250 ml milk
2,5 ml grated nutmeg
5 ml salt
2,5 ml black pepper
2 large onions
Sauce:
250 ml sour cream
500 ml rich beef stock
10 ml corn flour
125 ml vodka (optional - but you will love it)
SoakĀ bread rolls in the milk, beatĀ eggs lightly and mix all the ingredients except the onions, shape into evenly-sized balls. Slice the onions finely and saute in a little oil. Add meatballs and fry until brown all over. Remove onions and meatballs, add sour cream and beef stock to pan when simmering blend corn flour in a bit of water and add to thicken. Add the vodka (!), season to taste, add meatballs and onions, simmer until ready and enjoy.
Serve with rice.

BAKED SALMON (serves 4)
Ingredients:
4 skinless Canadian Salmon Fillets
150 gr butter
3 tablespoons thyme
3 tablespoons crushed garlic
40 ml lemon juice
3 tablespoons garlic & herb spice
750 ml cream
Melt butter on tinfoil in baking dish, add salmon fillets. Sprinkle thyme, garlic & herb spice and crushed garlic evenly over fillets. Add lemon juice and bake for 10 - 15 min over medium heat. When salmon is cooked halfway gently pour cream over it and bake for 20 min on medium heat and and you are ready to eat.
Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.

How often have you been asking yourself
“What to make for Dinner“?
Here is a suggestion (one of many to follow) for
WHAT TO MAKE FOR DINNER
PAPRIKA CHICKEN (serves 3 to 4)
Ingredients:
12 Chicken legs
Salt
30 gr. butter or margarine
150 gr. finely chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic (optional)
1 tablespoon sweet hungarian paprika
0.25l chicken stock fresh, tinned or cubes
1 tablespoon flour
8 tablespoon sour cream
Salt the chicken legs to taste, heat the butter/margarine in frying pan over high heat until light haze forms over it, add as many chicken legs as will fit into one layer, after 2 to 3 min or when legs are golden brown on bottom side turn over and let them brown on other side. Remove them and repeat with uncooked ones.
Removed legs and strain off fat, just leaving a thin layer. Add onions and garlic (optional) and fry over medium heat for 8 to 10 min or until lightly colored. Off heat stir in paprika until onions are colored. Take casserole, grease bottom slightly, put in onions, return to heat and add chicken stock. Bring to boil and return Chicken legs to casserole, bring to boil again, turn heat to lowest point and cover pot. Simmer for 20 to 30 min. Mix sour cream an flour well, add, stir and simmer for 10 min longer or until sauce is thick and smooth. Dinner is ready.
Serve with boiled potatoes or pasta.
